“Unlimited” means no fixed monthly cap under fair use. Trust levels and features above your plan are capped automatically: a repository set to Gate on the Free plan behaves as Assist, and the check never blocks.
Billing questions
How is Team billed?
Per developer seat, at $30 a month. A seat is a person who authored a pull request Warpway reviewed in the last 30 days; bots are not counted. Your organization’s Billing page shows the current seat count, and an Owner manages the subscription, payment method and invoices through Stripe’s billing portal. Slack experts who only answer questions do not take a seat and do not need Warpway accounts.
What happens at the Free plan limit?
After 20 private-repository reviews in a calendar month (UTC), further private pull requests show a “Usage limit reached” check instead of a review result. Warpway never reports a successful check for a review it did not do. Public repositories are not limited.
How does the trial work?
Install the GitHub App, then start the 14-day Team trial from Settings → Billing; no card is needed. Every Team feature works during the trial. To stay on Team, add a payment method before it ends. Otherwise the organization returns to Free: trust levels above Assist are capped, Slack routing stops and Team-only settings stop applying. Nothing is deleted.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. An Owner cancels from the billing portal. Team features stay on until the end of the paid period, then the organization moves to Free. Deleting your data is a separate step, described in Uninstall and deletion.
Is there an Enterprise plan today?
Not as a separate product yet. SSO and SAML, SCIM, advanced audit, bring-your-own-key, dedicated tenants, VPC or on-premises deployment, custom retention and an SLA are planned. Email us with what you need and when.
Who processes payments?
Stripe. Warpway never receives or stores your card number.
Start on your next pull request.
Install the GitHub App on the repositories you choose. Reviews start on the next pull request; nothing blocks until you turn on gating.
