Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CMG Labs, LLC (“CMG Labs”, “we”, “us”) for using Warpway: the website, documentation, dashboard, GitHub App and Slack app. If you use Warpway for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use Warpway.
What Warpway does
Warpway reviews pull requests in repositories you connect, investigates them with AI, asks people the questions it cannot resolve, and reports results in GitHub. It is a tool that helps your team review code. Your team stays responsible for the code it merges and ships.
Accounts and organizations
- You sign in with GitHub. Keep your GitHub account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
- Install Warpway only on GitHub accounts, organizations and repositories you are authorized to connect, and connect only Slack workspaces you are authorized to connect.
- Organization Owners and Admins control settings, people and trust levels for their organization, and only Owners manage billing. Members can view reviews and answer the tasks assigned to them.
Your content
You keep all rights to your code, pull requests, configuration and the answers your team gives (“your content”). You give us permission to access, store, process and transmit your content only to provide, secure and support Warpway, as described in our Privacy Policy, including sending the parts a review needs to our model provider. We do not use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the rights needed to give us this permission.
AI results and automated actions
- Review results are produced with AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Warpway does not guarantee that code it reviews is free of defects or vulnerabilities.
- You choose each repository’s trust level. Warpway blocks merges only if you make its check required, and it approves pull requests only if an Owner enables auto-approval and every configured condition passes.
- You are responsible for your configuration, for decisions your team records, and for what you merge.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Warpway in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
- try to access another organization’s data or bypass permissions, limits or security controls;
- probe, scan or load-test Warpway without our written permission;
- upload content designed to attack Warpway or its users, or use Warpway to send unsolicited messages;
- resell Warpway or copy it to build a competing service; or
- use GitHub or Slack through Warpway in ways their terms do not allow.
If you find a security issue, tell us at marcus@cmglabs.ai and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.
Plans, trials and payment
- The Free plan is free and has usage limits described on the pricing page.
- Team is billed per developer seat, monthly in advance, through Stripe. The Team trial lasts 14 days; if you do not subscribe, the organization returns to the Free plan.
- Prices do not include taxes, which are added where required.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change before it applies to your subscription.
- An Owner can cancel at any time; paid features continue until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may move the organization to the Free plan.
Third-party services
Warpway works with GitHub and Slack and relies on providers such as OpenAI, Vercel, Google Cloud, Neon and Stripe. Your use of GitHub and Slack is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Warpway at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if your use creates a security risk, or if payment fails, and we will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. After termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and deletion docs.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve Warpway without owing you anything. We will not publish your name or your organization’s name with them without permission.
Our intellectual property
Warpway, its software, design and brand belong to CMG Labs, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using Warpway as described here. GitHub and Slack are trademarks of their owners; Warpway is not affiliated with GitHub or Slack.
Disclaimers
Warpway is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Warpway will be uninterrupted, error-free or find every problem in your code.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CMG Labs, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to Warpway is limited to the amount you paid us for Warpway in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If your content or your use of Warpway in breach of these terms or the law leads to a claim against us, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with rights under local law that cannot be waived, these terms do not take them away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date, and for material changes we will email organization Owners before they take effect. If you keep using Warpway after that, the new terms apply.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Warpway. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part right away does not waive it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
